We follow the requirements of the Personal Information and Privacy Act. 

To support efficient legal services, our firm uses Microsoft 365 Business with Copilot to ensure a secure Enterprise Data Protection environment. Information processed through Copilot is not used to train public AI models and remains encrypted and confined within our firm’s private Microsoft 365 tenant.

As a matter of professional practice, we do not input client‑identifying details (such as names or occupations) into AI tools. Copilot is used for limited purposes such as summarization, editing, and grammar, and all AI‑assisted work is reviewed and verified by Cori L.McGuire to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and the ongoing protection of solicitor‑client privilege, in accordance with the ethical standards of the Law Society of British Columbia.
