Legal fees are based on an hourly fee for services.  It is often very difficult to estimate fees as the amount of work required frequently changes.  However, in matters where the parties are in basic agreement, the time required to draft an Agreement or Order can be estimated.  Disbursements are usually in addition to hourly fees so please contact Cori for a Retainer Agreement.  Disbursements include charges for copies, faxes and third party charges such as courier fees, filing fees, online searches, and service fees.DISCOUNT REQUEST - FOR A LIMITED TIME, REQUEST A $200 DISCOUNT ON DRAFTING A SEPARATION AGREEMENT OR DESK DIVORCE ($1700 FLAT FEE - $200 (plus taxes)).
